Home Organization and De-cluttering
Being organized and how to achieve this vision - varies by each individual.  Being organized is much more than just tossing out stuff or having a home that is spotless.  It consists of incorporating into your busy life, systems and habits that give you easy access to the stuff you need, use, and love which in turn creates a home that is comfortable and functional. We can help you with the following organizational needs:

Moving: Planning, Packing, New Home Set-up and Cleaning Out Existing Home
We work with the client to plan and organize the entire move, including working with the movers and other service providers, and setting up the new home.  We will also clean out the existing home so that it is ready for the new owners to move in.

  • Organize before the packing begins so that you aren't moving items you no longer need.
  • Dispose of unwanted items to charities or for resale or estate sales.
  • Packing and unpacking.
  • Labeling boxes with contents and room designations.
  • Provide a checklist of tasks to be done prior to moving day, on moving day and the days following.
  • Source moving companies.
  • De-clutter home prior to putting on the market.
  • Change of address notifications.
  • Arrange the connection/disconnection of services such as utilities, cable, phone, computers, etc.

Concierge
