Cleaning

We offer one-time and reoccurring cleaning services which are tailored to your specific needs. During the months of November and December, when you sign up for a one-time or recurring clean, you will receive a $20.00 Target gift card. (Reference promotion #B2).

• One-time cleaning is a thorough cleaning of your home or apartment typically in preparation for entertaining, a move-in, move-out or open house showing.  Foreclosed homes also need a thorough one-time cleaning either in preparation to be sold or after the home has been purchased and before the family moves in.
• Reoccurring cleaning is scheduled according to your needs whether it be monthly, weekly or bi-weekly.

Home Organization and De-cluttering

Being organized and how to achieve this vision - varies by each individual.  Being organized is much more than just tossing out stuff or having a home that is spotless.  It consists of incorporating into your busy life, systems and habits that give you easy access to the stuff you need, use, and love which in turn creates a home that is comfortable and functional. We can help you with the following organizational needs:

• Entire home or specific rooms.
• Closet organization.
• Creating filing and/or storage systems.
• Photo/memorabilia organization.
• Collections - how to store, display and protect your collection.
• EBay brokerage or consignment.

Moving: Planning, Packing, New Home Set-up and Cleaning Out Existing Home

We work with the client to plan and organize the entire move, including working with the movers and other service providers, and setting up the new home.  We will also clean out the existing home so that it is ready for the new owners to move in.

• Organize before the packing begins so that you aren't moving items you no longer need.
• Dispose of unwanted items to charities or for resale or estate sales.
• Packing and unpacking.
• Labeling boxes with contents and room designations.
• Provide a checklist of tasks to be done prior to moving day, on moving day and the days following.
• Source moving companies.
• De-clutter home prior to putting on the market.
• Change of address notifications.
• Arrange the connection/disconnection of services such as utilities, cable, phone, computers, etc.
• Final cleaning of home once all items are removed.

Concierge

• Meal planning and grocery shopping.
• Personal and gift shopping.
• Create monthly calendar and To-Do list.
• General errands such as dry-cleaning, recycling, prescriptions, etc.
• Wardrobe planning.
• Decorate home for seasonal holidays or special events.
• Event and meeting planning.

Estate/Probate

Organizing and preparing a home for an estate sale or probate is a trying experience.  We will work with you or handle the entire process.

• Arrange valuation and sale of items.
• Sort and organize documents.
• Inventory items prior to sale.
• Items to donate, consignment or eBay brokerage.
• Disposal of items not sold.
• Clean home after sale of items.

Senior Relocation/Downsizing

• Assist in sorting through a lifetime of possessions.
• Organizing and sorting items so that unnecessary items aren't packed.
• Source movers and supervise during the day of the move.
• Moving items to storage - if necessary.
• Work with realtor to stage your home for potential buyers.
• Packing and unpacking.
• Create a floor plan of your new space.
• Closet and cabinet organization.
• Items to donate, consignment or eBay brokerage.

Remodel and Construction Clean-Up

We can assist with the clean-up with any type of remodeling or new construction projects.

• Thorough cleaning of the area.
• Disposal of left-over materials or rubbish.

Document Locator

We will work with you to ensure that all your important documents and information is all in one safe location.  This would include:

• Last Will and Testaments
• Insurance Policies
• Physician and Prescription Information
• Emergency Contacts
• Birth Certificates and Passports
• Automobile Titles
• Mortgage Documents
• List of all current credit cards and their 800# in case cards are lost or stolen.
